Warranty and  Buy & Try Guarantee

Knowing that we’re providing you with the best-quality rods, we’re offering a three-year limited warranty on each rod. The warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship.

Within 3 years of the original purchase, you can contact us with a written claim, and if we can confirm everything stated, there are two options. We can either use commercially reasonable efforts to replace or repair the product or a part of it, or we will accept the claim and issue a full refund. We’re proud to offer to all our retail customers a 90-Day Buy & Try Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with the product, you can ship it back within 90 days of the original purchase with original proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
